The New Zealand Women’s Leadership Forum is designed to be a motivating and inspirational experience for all female leaders and indeed all women. The program meets key development priorities for less experienced female leaders but is equally rewarding for more experienced leaders providing new insights and an opportunity to step away from everyday challenges. For all women the program provides a timely opportunity to reflect on past experiences and reenergise for the journey ahead.
Regardless of where we live and work and whether or not we hold formal management positions, issues of empowerment, wellbeing, connection and equality are important to all women.
