New Speakers just announced! 

Dr. Suzanne Manning – President of Te Kaunihera Wāhine o Aotearoa (National Council of Women New Zealand), will deliver the opening address.

Tania Tapsell – Her Worship the Mayor of Rotorua Lakes Council, the first woman of Māori descent to hold this esteemed position, will deliver a keynote speech.


The 2024 New Zealand Women’s Leadership Symposium will be held in Auckland on Thursday 2nd May and features diverse and inspiring speakers such as Billie Jordan, Sian Jaquet and Judge Alana Thomas. This is a must-attend event for leaders at all levels dedicated to driving equity and inclusion in workplaces and beyond.

The New Zealand Women’s Leadership Symposium is an annual event showcasing the best of New Zealand’s leaders and exploring the latest leadership insights. The Symposium is designed to provide a psychologically safe space centered on the voices and experiences of women and gender-diverse people. People of all genders are welcome to attend.
