Covering critical topics like gender equity, inclusion, leadership, career advancement, and life fulfillment, the symposium offers an opportunity for women to connect, gain insights, share experiences, and draw inspiration. Designed to provide a psychologically safe space centred on the voices and experiences of women and gender-diverse people. People of all genders are welcome to attend.

It was inspiring to hear from women in leadership positions experiencing the same issues and it really motivated me to look at myself as a leader and how I can bring the best out of my team. The presenters were fantastic - all had their own unique differences and it was great to see diversity across the board.

Miriam

This Symposium has really inspired and motivated me to be curious, work on building my courage and be committed to be more involved in my team and my workplace more broadly. The presenters were fantastic. I really appreciated the deep dive into their upbringing and insights into what motivated them to do more and how they overcame challenges to get to where they are.

Victoria

I came away feeling energised - I valued the opportunity to network and hear from inspiring people that have got me starting different conversations with my friends and family.
